Booking Policies
***New Policy for 2026*** In an effort to accommodate as many golfers as possible, we are making changes to our tee time booking policies and introducing an Advanced Booking Fee. If you have any questions, please call 970-887-9195 or stop by the Pro Shop
Advance Booking Fee: Guests wishing to book outside of the designated booking windows are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of $10/player per day which is due at the time of booking.
Tee Time Booking Windows:
Season Passholders – Eligible to book tee times all season for up to four players without paying an Advance Booking Fee. If booking for more than four players, additional guest will be required to pay the Advance Booking Fee at the time of booking
Resident ID Cardholders – Eligible to book 30 days in advance for up to four players without paying an Advance Booking Fee. Booking more than 30 days in advance is allowed but will require paying the Advance Booking Fee at the time of booking
Non-passholders – Eligible to book 21 days in advance without any restrictions. Booking more than 21 days in advance is allowed but will require paying the Advance Booking Fee at the time of booking
- A credit card and email is required for all online and over the phone bookings
- Single golfers and groups of less than four players will be paired up to make full foursomes
- If you or your group are not willing to be paired up, you may purchase the remaining slots at a cost of $159 per slot
- 24 hour advance notice is required for cancelation or reduction of tee times. Failure to call may result in a cancelation charge of $50/player
