In an effort to accommodate as many golfers as possible, we are making changes to our tee time booking policies and introducing an Advanced Booking Fee. If you have any questions, please call 970-887-9195 or stop by the Pro Shop.
Advance Booking Fee: Guests wishing to book outside of the designated booking windows are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of $10/player which is due at the time of booking.
Tee Time Booking Policy:
Season Pass holders – Eligible to book tee times all season without any restrictions
Resident ID Card holders – Eligible to book 30 days in advance without any restrictions. Booking more than 30 days in advance is allowed but will require paying the Advance Booking Fee at the time of booking
Non-passholders – Eligible to book 21 days in advance without any restrictions. Booking more than 21 days in advance is allowed but will require paying the Advance Booking Fee at the time of booking
Fraser Valley Metro Rec District(FVMRD) Residents refers to anyone living/owning property in Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash
Grand County Residents refers to all other county residents living/owning property outside of the FVMRD
If a Season Pass is purchased, it is not necessary to purchase a Resident ID Card. You receive the Resident Rate when playing outside of the parameters of your season pass.
We do not issue a physical card. Once a resident card or season pass is purchased, your account profile is updated to reflect the pass that was purchased.
Resident Cards and Season Passes are valid for the 2026 golf season. New passes must be purchased each season.
Season Pass and Resident ID Card holders are allowed up to three Guest Rates per day.
Example – If a Season Pass/RID Card holder books a group of 8 golfers and only one of the 8 have a SP/RID, 3 guests would receive the guest rate and 4 would pay the normal rate

Requirements for Resident ID Card Purchase:
Property Owners: Proof of ownership within Grand County must be shown to qualify – those whose names appear on the tax notice along with spouses and dependents under the age of 18 or attending college full time, provided current transcripts are submitted, are eligible to purchase a RID card. Proof of age will be needed for all dependents.
Renters: Proof of Grand County residency must be shown to qualify – lease, utility bill, driver’s license with county address
Each person in a household must purchase a RID card in order to get Resident Rates

Cancellation and No Show Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellation or reduction of tee times
Canceling or reducing less than 24 hours in advance may result in a $50 charge PER PERSON using the credit card that was used to book
These fees apply to all golfers in all rate categories including resident, season pass and non-resident times
Golfers that do not call to cancel and do not show up will be charged $159/player to the card that was used to book the tee time
