Booking Policies
- ***New Policy for 2026*** In an effort to accommodate as many golfers as possible, we are making changes to our tee time booking policies and introducing an Advanced Booking Fee. If you have any questions, please call 970-887-9195 or stop by the Pro Shop
- Non-passholders are able to book tee times up to 21 days in advance. Those wishing to book more than 21 days in advance will pay a non-refundable $10 per player booking fee at the time of booking
- A credit card and email is required for all online and over the phone bookings
- Single golfers and groups of less than four players will be paired up to make full foursomes
- If you or your group are not willing to be paired up, you may purchase the remaining slots at a cost of $159 per slot
- 24 hour advance notice is required for cancelation or reduction of tee times. Failure to call may result in a cancelation charge of $50/player
